You can order up to 5 sample tiles for £4.99

• The cost of these samples is refundable when you place an order over £149.99
• All plain tiles which exceed 30x45cm will be cut to half the size
• Natural stone and mosaic samples will be cut to approximately 15x15cm
• Decorative and special pieces denoted with * are not available in to be ordered as a sample.
• Next Day* sample delivery is available for an extra £5.00 which is non refundable
  * must be placed before 3pm to receive a next day delivery.

How to choose your Samples

Just find the tile type you wish to sample then click the order sample button (pictured below)

Samples Delivery

Subject to stock availability samples are generally delivered within 2-3 working days although the turnaround may be slightly longer during seasonal periods. We would therefore ask if you could allow 3-5 working days for delivery, if at this point they have not arrived, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you require samples very urgently we do offer a next day service which is an additional £5.00.

Redeeming your samples discount code

On receipt of your purchase you will receive a 7 digit number to redeem the £4.99 cost of the samples against any subsequent order which exceeds £149.99.

When placing an order just click on the ‘click here to enter your code’ situated at the bottom of your basket and enter your 7 digit number into the ‘pop up’ discount box and click ‘submit’

£4.99 will then be deducted from the total price and displayed in your basket.
